Youth Programs

At Trinity Fitness Beachside, we're passionate about helping the next generation grow stronger—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Our Youth Programs serve students in grades 3–12 through age-specific classes led by professional coaches in a fun, encouraging environment.

Our coaches use a variety of proven training methods, including functional fitness, strength and Olympic lifting, Foundation Training plus mobility & agility.  Our goal is to help every student build confidence, improve athletic ability, and develop healthy lifelong habits.

Every class begins with a trainer-led, Bible-based devotion and ends with prayer, creating an opportunity for students to grow in both faith and fitness. We desire to help every student become healthier inside and out.
