BATTLES

At Trinity Fitness, we call all of our 1-hour daily group workouts “Battles” because often times life can feel like a battle.

Our format: Each day when you step into TF Beachside, you will see the day’s Battle on the TV screens around the gym. A trainer will take the class through a group warm up, then explain and demonstrate each movement. We combine multiple movements and formats to program a workout you’ll love using weights (barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells), cardio (rowing, assault bikes, running), and gymnastics (push ups, pull ups, etc.). Anyone, at any fitness level, can accomplish the workouts. Our trainers are here to help with any modifications you may need.

Our goal: Increase your heart rate, cause your muscles to work and burn, increase your temperature (make you sweat), and lift heavy things.

One of the best parts: You are never doing this alone! You don’t go into a battle alone, and you certainly don’t do a “Battle” at Trinity Fitness alone! An amazing community is here to support you every step of the way. You will leave each day knowing you are growing stronger- inside & out!

We train you to be successful through our Battles in the gym so that you also can be victorious through all of life’s battles!
