Our Philosophy of Fitnss combines metabolic conditioning, cardio, weights, and plyometrics for functional fitness and sustainability that forms healthy lifestyle habits. Certified trainers are present every step of the way; coaching and encouraging our Warriors (members). Our Mission is to "inspire people through group fitness to get in the best physical and spiritual shape of their lives."
A ministry.
Our desire is to see people spiritually transformed by God's incredible greatness. Although we are not a church, we start each class with a short Biblically based devotional message and close every Battle (workout) by praying together. We truly care about our Warriors and it's both an honor and a privilege to share God's love as we journey through life together.

Trinity Fitness Inc. is a certified 501(c)3, with a long-standing history of serving our local communities with commitment and passion. We offer reduced giving plans to specific affinity groups such as first responders, support local charities that provide crucial aid, and offer a financial flexiblity plan to those who need assistance.
Because we won’t turn anyone away, regardless of their ability to pay. We want everyone to have the opportunity to hear that Jesus loves them, is their Salvation, and wants a relationship with them.
At the end of 2024, approximately 60% TF Warriors were on reduced giving plans. All made possible because of our generous sponsors!
